Garnett Beams Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Garnett Beams of Greensburg, Kentucky, who passed away on April 7, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodford Lewis Beams and Maylee Florence McCubbin Beams; his daughter Angela Dawn Beams; his grandchildren, Carrie Ann Beams and Aaron Joseph Beams; his siblings, Winfred Beams, Clarola Arnett and Mary Lois Coakley; and his half-sisters, Opha Jewell, Edith Price and Gracie Bloyd.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Catherine Pepper Beams of Greensburg; his son Joe; his daughter-in-law Jackie Beams of Greensburg; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Nolley, Gary, Mary Pepper, David Pepper (Julia), Zenda Pepper, Beverly, David Bloyd, Karen, Randy Bland, Debby and Rev. Steve James. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the family burial expenses, which can be made at the funeral home.
