It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elnora Martin Pickett of Greensburg, Kentucky, who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Martin and Stella Parsons Martin; her husband Herbert Standford Pickett; her great grandchild Michael Christian Pickett; and her siblings, Clifton Martin, Wayne Martin, Mazetta Stephens, Crystal Blaydes, Betty Lou Martin and Bobby Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Nelson (Nancy Pickett), Harold Pickett (Judy Sampsel) of South Carolina and Benita Pickett Penick of Greensburg; her grandchildren, Chris (Anna Pickett), Sarah (Reggie Roy), Laura Pickett of Georgia, Heather Houk of Greensburg and Jennifer Jeanne "J. J." Watts of Benton, Kentucky; her great grandchildren, Lilly Kathryn Pickett of Bardstown, Foster Nelson Pickett of Bardstown, Murray Thomas Pickett of Bardstown, Madelyn Kathryn Roy of Russell Springs and Ozzy Martin Roy of Russell Springs; and her sisters, Carolyn Blaydes of Campbellsville, Jean Clark of Greensburg and Sylvia Kelly of Greensburg. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take form of donation to the Maple Hill Community Cemetery Fund or Gideon Bible Fund.
