She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Moore and Dimple Hamlett Moore McFarland. She is survived by: her siblings, John David (Linda Moore), Michael Lynn Moore of Greensburg, Paul Douglas (Devita McFarland), Carol (Teddy Upchurch), Sharon (Larry Judd) and Marilyn Lewis of Campbellsville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Summershade Cemetery Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
