He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradley Deatrice Underwood and Jessie Ella Sprowles Underwood; his grandson Michael Blayton McKibben; and his siblings, Gradie Underwood, Cecil Underwood, Velda Stevenson and Vivian Underwood.
He is survived by: his children, Jessie Underwood (Lindsey) of Greensburg, Stephanie Blythe (Steven) of Edmonton and Michael McKibben (Ashley) of Hodgenville; and his grandchildren, Riley Underwood, Bryson Underwood, Kyler Underwood, Owen Blythe, Landon Blythe, Audree McKibben, Mason McKibben, Tanner McKibben and Braelynn McKibben. He is also survived by four brothers and one sister.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home (418 Lebanon Ave, Campbellsville, KY 42718).
