He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Marrs Underwood and Lillie Rose Martin Underwood; and his sisters, Emma Price, Delores Underwood and Mary Underwood.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Renea Elmore Underwood of Greensburg; his brother Shelby Underwood of Greensburg; and his nieces and nephews, Martha Price of Campbellsville, Leeann Johnson of Campbellsville, Bryce Cook of Campbellsville, Rashonda Mitchell of Greensburg, Kaylie Mitchell of Greensburg, Shyann Mitchell of Greensburg, Lilly Mitchell of Greensburg, Chase Johnson of Lexington and Morgan Johnson of Lexington. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Hosparus of Green River, which can be made at the funeral home.
