He was predeceased by: his father Jim Robert Perkins; and his siblings, Willard Perkins, Leonard Perkins, Virgil Perkins, George Perkins, Ray Perkins, Roslyn Perkins, Elizabeth Crawley, Virgie Simms, Marie Adams and GeorgIe Perkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Jill Perkins of Buffalo; his grandchildren, Brandy Robertson (Blake) of Greensburg, Tessie Hepworth (Michael) of Buffalo and Josie Embry of Buffalo; and his great grandchildren, Mason David Robertson of Greensburg and Kane Lukas Robertson of Greensburg.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gideon Bible Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
