He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby Meadows and Rosie Matney Meadows; his grandparents, Porter, Gracie Meadows, Lloyd and Fay Matney; and his brother Daryl Timothy Meadows.
He is survived by: his children, Heaven Lee Meadows of Russell Springs, Hallie Grace Meadows of Greensburg and Hayden Louis Meadows of Greensburg; his sister Donna; his brother-in-law Brad Mitchell of Greensburg; his uncle Jerry Matney of Indiana; his nieces and nephews, Renea Meadows of Greensburg, Tasha of Greensburg, Gary Buckner of Greensburg, Lynbree Mitchell of Greensburg and Jamie Jeffries of Greensburg; and his great-niece Aleeah Woodson of Greensburg. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home (206 S Main St, Greensburg, KY 42743). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at the Maple Hill Cemetery.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the family burial fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
