Mitchell of Greensburg; his brother David Meadows of Greensburg; and his nieces and nephews, Jamie Jeffries of Greensburg, Hallie Meadows of Greensburg, Hayden Meadows of Greensburg and Heaven Meadows of Columbia. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the family burial expenses, which can be made at the funeral home.
