It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Connie Sue Bowen Coffey of Greensburg, Kentucky, born in Campbellsville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 25, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bowen and Nellie Witham Bowen; and her sister Pat Shofner. She is survived by: her sons, Shawn Coffey (Cassie) and Jason Coffey (Jonathan Cooper); her grandchildren, Jamie Coffey of Campbellsville, Brookelyn Coffey of Greensburg, Gracie Coffey of Campbellsville, Adelia Simpson of Campbellsville and Dylan Lile of Greensburg; her siblings, Phyllis Henderson of Campbellsville and Billy Bowen of Greensburg; her close friend MaryAnn Wilson of Edmonton; and her caregivers, Shelia Davenport of Greensburg and Crystal Wright of Greensburg.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home (206 S Main St, Greensburg, KY 42743). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at the Green County Memory Gardens (4697 Hodgenville Rd, Greensburg, KY 42743).
