He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis T. Arnett and Mary Goldie Nelson Arnett; and his siblings, Martha Edwards, Virginia Akin, Frank Arnett, Woodson Arnett, Robert Arnett, Carl Arnett and Edgar Arnett.
He is survived by: his son Terry Arnett of Campbellsville, J. D.; his daughter-in-law Sherry Arnett of Magnolia; his daughters, Laura Young of Danville and Michelle (Wade Rodgers); and his siblings, Kathryn Simpson of Central City, Ruby Milby of Leitchfield, Ruth Simpson of Greensburg, Nettie Creason of Greensburg, Raymond Arnett of Greensburg and Noah Arnett of Center. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take form of donation to the Koairs Children's Hospital which can be made at the funeral home.
