He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hansford Penick and Lucille Kidwell Penick; and his spouse Jewell Patricia Penick. He is survived by: his children, Charles Eric Penick of Nashville, Tennessee and Deborah Diane Evans of Greensburg; and his grandsons, Chase Penick of Ashland and Josh Evans of Columbia, Tennessee.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the family burial expenses, which can be made at the funeral home.
