She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Martin and Annie Vice Allen Martin; her husband Willie Frank Thompson; her sons, Ricky and William Thompson; her grandson Ryan Thomas Thompson; her great grandchild Matthew Thomas Thompson; and her siblings, Harrison, Harland, Marshall Martin, Ella Watson, Omie DeSpain, Katherine Wright, Frances Phelps, Dorothy Wright, Lilly Underwood, Rachel Lynn Martin and Jennie Mae Martin.

She is survived by: her grandson Dale Thompson (Alyson) of Summersville; her great grandchildren, Payton, Hayley Thompson of Summersville, Taylor, Kelly Thompson, Alyssa, Blake Scott, Gracie Thompson of Greensburg and Laura McCubbins of Summersville; her siblings, Wendell Martin of Louisville, Terry, Arvil Martin of Greensburg, Violet Pike (Jones), Mary Chapman, Pamela Janes, Patsy (Elizabeth Sneed) and Betty Potter (Arlene Burton); and her close friends, Missy Anderson and Craig Whitlock. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
