He is survived by: his children, Christopher Schultise of Lebanon, Donald Shofner (Lisa McGuffin) of Campbellsville, Scott Shofner (Angela) of Summersville, Alvin Shofner of Bardstown, Diane McDonald (George) of Campbellsville, Theresa Goldsmith (Danny) of Shepherdsville, Linda Smith (William Underwood) of Greensburg and Karen Montgomery (James) of Campbellsville; and his sister Doris Karnes of Campbellsville. He is also survived by great-great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
