We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2011 we had to say goodbye to Alice Jean Cowherd of Greensburg, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Broadus Akin and Mildred Hodges Akin. She is survived by: her husband David C. Cowherd; her daughters, Karen Cowherd, Linda (Nathan Crawford) and Jill Cowherd of Boise, Idaho; her brothers, Jerry Akin and David Alan Akin; her uncle Joe Tommy Hodges; and her sister-in-law Ann Cowherd. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Pure Water, Pure Love-A ministry of the W.M.U., or the Gideon Bible Fund which can be made at the funeral home.
