He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Nell Moore Wilburn; his wife Glenna Nadine Robirds Wilburn; and his sister Naomi Cantrell. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Denise Workman (Randy) of Kenova; his granddaughter Grace Workman; and his siblings, Waldo Jay Wilburn (Carol) of Grayson, Larry Moses Wilburn of Argilite, Kentucky, Rosemary Prater (Denver) of Grayson and Beverly Sturgill (Larry) of Hitchens.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Grayson Funeral Home and Cremation Service (49 McCoy Rd, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
