He was predeceased by: his parents, George Haney and Gertrude Felty Haney; his children, Sandra Kaye Cornwell and Billy Joe Haney; and his siblings, Martha Jane Barnhill, Bae Whitlock, Opal Bostick, Sam, George, Dan, Amos and James.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Thomas Haney; his daughter Shanna LaChance of Ashland, KY; his grandchildren, Jeffery, Jason, William, Angel, Nikki, Breanna Lee and Shyanna Kaye; and his close friend Jessica. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
Due to the pandemic, face coverings are required, and social distancing will be observed.
