He is survived by: his children, William Cochran Jr. of Olive Hill, Jason Cochran of Olive Hill, James Cochran of Olive Hill and Clara Mccoy (Lonnie) of Olive Hill; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Craig (Zachary), Tabitha Gilbert (Kyle), Timothy Mccoy (Autumn), Stacie Mccoy, Katlyn Cochran and James Cochran Jr.. He is also survived by Five great-grandchildren; and a host of friends and family.
