He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Howard and Verna Wilson Howard; and his siblings, John Paul Howard and Joyce Felty. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jarrells Howard; his daughter Sandra Dee Callihan (Lloyd) of Olive Hill, KY; his parents-in-law, Glen and Irene Steele Rapp of Oldtown; his grandchild Thomas Callihan (Megan); and his great grandchild Landon Callihan.
