He was predeceased by: his parents, Smith Floyd and Ida Lorene Felty Floyd; and his siblings, Winfield, Alfred Francis, Denver, Gaberial Floyd, Cassanella Craft and Janice Willis.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Douglas Floyd (Katherine) of Fort Myers, FL, Rommel Floyd of Grayson and Sheila Floyd of Boca Raton, FL; his brother David Floyd of Greenup, KY; his grandchildren, Travis, LaDonna, Katrina, Rommel Lee, Summer and Wyatt; and his significant other Linda Massie. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
