She was predeceased by: her mother Inez Bradford Campbell; her husband Arthur Daniel Lewis; her brothers, William H. Campbell, J. W. Collier, Dwayne "Dink" Collier and James "Jim" Collier (Dora); her nephew Kim Campbell; and her in-laws, Dee and Lissa Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Murrie "Junie" O'Brien, Jr. (Teresa) of Grayson and Brandy LeMaster (PR); her granddaughters, Lakyn Miller (Andrew), Kacy Hicks (Ryan) and Karli LeMaster; her great grandchildren, Sadie Hicks and Charlee Nova; her siblings, Roberta Lowe of Georgetown, KY, Linda Ballou of Conroe, TX, Kenneth Tanner (Dora) of Danville, KY and Rick Collier (Sharon); her niece Rosalee Lowe; her nephew Michael Campbell; her great-nephew Johnathan Campbell; her great-niece Heather Lowe; her close friends, Christine Cooper and Lynden Adkins; and also, Brooklin Stevens, Bella Stevens and Bailee Stevens.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Church of Christ (287 Pomeroy St, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
