She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Shaffer and Imogene Blevins Shaffer; and her brother James "Junie" Shaffer, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Leland Wilcox; her daughters, Beth Sanders (Kevin) of Maysville, KY and Leslie Nichols (Raymond) of Rockwood, Michigan; her sister Donna Jessie (Kenny) of Richmond, KY; and her grandchildren, Zane, Brady, Anna Grace Sanders, Gabe and Nate Nichols.
