He is survived by: his son Robert Tyler Campbell of Flatwoods, KY; his sisters, Paulette "Pokie" Campbell of Grayson, Cathy Reddicks of Morehead, KY and Janet Erwin (Steve) of Catlettsburg, KY; his nephews, Chris Reddicks (Fran) and Cody Easterling; and his niece Cortlyn McGlone.
