He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bond and Doris Davis Bond; his wife Ruth Kustus Rodgers; and his children, Tommy Rodgers, Jr. and Catherine Rodgers.
He is survived by: his children, William Rodgers of Olive Hill and Deborah Pack (Ronald) of Edgerton, Missouri; his grandchildren, William Easton, Alex Easton, Jordain Pack, Tommy Rodgers, III and Billy Rodgers; and his great grandchildren, Raven Easton and Christopher Riley, Jr..
