He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugo Ludwig and Gertrud Lidia Muesing Voeltz. He is survived by: his wife Melissa "Janie" Sexton; his children, Todd Voeltz of Marietta, GA and Jenny Alvarez (Alejandro) of Columbus, OH; his stepson Chris Sexton (Tina) of Grayson, KY; his grandchild Eden Sexton; his great grandchildren, Kyler Suttles and Alyssa Suttles; and his cousin Pat Mead (Harold).
