He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eck and Ailene Williams Dalton; his wife Judy Justice Dalton; and his siblings, Floyd Dalton and Betty Dalton.
He is survived by: his children, Tommy Dalton (Pat) of Grayson, Shawn Limings of Grayson, Penny Barber (Matthew) of Catlettsburg, Tammy Dalton and Lisa Limings (Rick Jones) of Grayson; and his siblings, Debbie Day of Grayson, Velvet Stepp of Greenup and Bill Dalton of Oak Hill, OH. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
