He is survived by: his mother Claudia Bertha Cardwell of Beaver; his siblings, Krista Tyson (Kevin) of Olive Hill, Kentucky, Ann Perry (Dewayne) of Grayson, Kentucky and Bruce Cable of Beaver, Pennsylvania; his nephews, Justin Perry, Levi Tyson and Logan Tyson; his niece Jessica Perry; and his close friend George Stewart of Grayson, Kentucky.. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.
