She is survived by: her children, Ron Stephens of Grayson, KY, Donna L. Williams (Jonathan A.) of Wurtland, KY and Connie Moore of Wurtland, KY; and her grandchildren, Jonda Nicole Grant (Connor) of Winfield, WV, Dylan Coburn (Gretchen) of Flatwoods, KY and Cole Coburn of Olive Hill, KY. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
