He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Howard and Beulah Stephens Howard; and his brothers, David Howard and Robert Howard. He is survived by: his wife Lorene Spillman Howard of Grayson; his son Roger Dale Howard Jr. of Sandy Hook, KY; his grandchildren, Jaran Greer of Greenup, Gage Allen Baier of Grayson, Sarah Beth Howard of Morehead and Clara Mae Howard of Grayson; his great grandchild Gracie Mae Fannin of Morehead; and his siblings, Ronnie Howard of Sandy Hook, Donnie Howard of Sandy Hook, Timmy Howard of Grayson, Nadine Ison of Grayson, Ruby Ferguson of Blaine, Odella Maynard of Louisa and Janet Bailey of Grove City, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
