He is survived by: his wife Kelly Russell Martin; his children, Kevin Nolan (Tracy Russell) of Olive Hill, Darrell Nolan (Crystal Newman) of Wake Forrest, Elbert Williams of Morehead, Kentucky, Misty Perkinson (Brad) of Wake Forrest, Holly Romans (John) of Grayson and Sheniqua Young (Amos) of Denton, Kentucky; his siblings, Timothy Martin (Lucretia) of Grayson, Phillip Adkins of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, Joyce Brown of Deneston and Patty Martin of Grayson, Kentucky; and his sister-in-law Gina Martin of South Point, Ohio.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
