He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Hallmark and Nuna Eldridge Hallmark; and his sisters, Sue and Debbie. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Bush Hallmark; his children, James Hallmark (Lana) of Berea, Robert "Bobby" Hallmark (Jessica) of Johnson City, Billy Elliott Hallmark of Austin, Texas, Teresa Hallmark of Hamilton and Morgan Hallmark of Johnson City, Tennessee; his brother Don Chapman of Newport, Kentucky; and his close friends, Charlotte Stephens and Missy Carroll. He is also survived by 31 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grayson Funeral Home and Cremation Service (49 McCoy Rd, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
