He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Earl Marshall, Dixie Watts, Russell and Magdeline Parsons; and his nephew Eddie "Moe" Fowler.
He is survived by: his parents, Brenda Hughes (Bill) and Eddie Parsons (Sharon); his son Kodie Parsons (Courtney); his sister Jamie Stroud (Kenny); and his pets, Charlie and Toby. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and a host of nephews, family, friends.
