He is survived by: his siblings, Don Bush (Louise) of Grayson, KY, Ernie Bush (Carolyn) of Grayson, KY, Margaret Bellew of Grayson, KY and Lois Floyd of Grayson, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
