He is survived by: his wife Leora Sue Adkins; his children, Retired Sergeant Christopher Spillman (Christa) of Morehead, KY, Tara Wilder (Michael) of Grayson, KY and Celsey Adkins (Devin McAfee) of Grayson, KY; his cousin Skyler White of Grayson, KY; his grandchildren, Gracie Pruitt, Violet Blanton, Christian Holbrook, Charlotte Spillman, Colter Spillman and Everlee McAfee; and his siblings, Lesa Gillum of Grayson, KY, Chris Sloas of Grayson, KY and Brian Sloas of Grayson, KY.
