He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Holbrook and Irene Stevens Holbrook; his daughter Kristy Couch; his sister Sharon Gay Holbrook; and his nephew Timothy "Bruno" Barker.
He is survived by: his wife Kelly Holbrook; his children, Kassie Scarbro and Grady Scarbro; his siblings, Velma Barker, Janet Smith, Sheila Shelton (Jeff) and Rondall Holbrook; and his grandchildren, Justin Couch, Jayce Couch, Corry Dallaire, Zoie Church, Kelsie Church, Emme Musgrave and Kristy "Reagan" Scarbro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
