It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Flaugher (Grayson, Kentucky), who passed away on August 23, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Coy Kouns; her husband Woodford Barton Flaugher; her sisters, Ella Nora Kouns and Carolyn K. Kouns Keyes; and her granddaughter Regan Leigh Arnold.
She is survived by: her parent Kathleen Burton Kouns; her children, Barton Flaugher, II (Allison Hensley) of Grayson, Cynthia Ann Rymer (Rodney) of Ashland and Kimberly Ann; her siblings, Susie Kouns of Hitchins, Doug Kouns (Rosa) and Perry Kouns (Donna); her grandchildren, Casey, Blake, Carey, Reece, Landon and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Kayden, Sawyer and Abel.
