He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Philip Schweickart (Hallie) and Michael Konopka (Elizabeth). He is survived by: his parents, Richard Konopka and Joyce Schweickart Konopka; his wife Rebecca Grubb Konopka; his brother Joshua Konopka (Amy) of Flemingsburg, KY; his father-in-law Charles Grubb (Sherry) of South Shore, KY; his brother-in-law Jeremy Grubb (Chloe) of South Shore, KY; his nieces, Delaney Konopka, Zoey Nance, Emma Nance and Reagan Grubb; and his nephew Karson Konopka.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the First Christian Church of Olive Hill or the organization of their choice.
