He is survived by: his partner Shirley Caines of Grayson, KY; his daughter Ora Renea Jackson (Rodney) of Wayne, WV; his siblings, Joyce Adkins (Doug) of Wayne, WV and Okey Crum of Nancy, KY; his brother-in-law Gene Perry of Seville, OH; his grandchildren, Alex of Wayne, WV, Norna of Wayne, WV, Kendava of Wayne, WV and Cobie of Wayne, WV; his nephew Okey Crum, Jr.; and his nieces, Tammy, Denise, Paula, Icel and Delores.
