She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Lucas and Cresia Glancy Lucas; her husband John B. Skaggs; her sisters, Delores Sparks and Virgie Lucas; and her grandson Daniel Skaggs.
She is survived by: her niece Alisha; her nephew Dylan; her son James Skaggs (Michelle) of Grayson; her siblings, Larry of Grayson, Ricky of Grayson, Tommy Lucas of Grayson, Rosie Adams of Webbville and Bonnie Lucas of Grayson; her grandchildren, Shadow Skaggs (Rebekah), Jayden Skaggs and Raven Skaggs; and her great grandchildren, Izack Messer and Kady Skaggs.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Carter Christian Academy, P.O. Box 490 Grayson, KY 41143 where Patty's four grandchildren received a quality Christian education.
