He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. McDavid and Ada Oral Kitchen McDavid; his son Fred Thomas Malone; his grandsons, Dakota Campbell and Hunter Malone; and his siblings, Ray McDavid, Ron L. McDavid, Hughie McDavid, Thomasine Maley and Deanna Bowling.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Elizabeth O'Bryan McDavid; his children, Anthony McDavid (Karen) of Willard, Landon McDavid (Shelby) of Rush and Stephanie Shawn Hensley (Chris) of Grayson; and his sister Pearl Crum of Grayson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and many friends and extended family.
