Patricia Hopkins Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Hopkins of Grayson, Kentucky, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Pamela Wellman (Phillip) of Catlettsburg, KY, Leigh Ann Johnston (Steve) of Grayson, KY and Glenna Tarazon of Ashland, KY; her grandchildren, Blake Meadows (Trinity), Adam Wellman (Tonya), Alex Wellman (Deanna) and Isabella Tarazon; and her siblings, Charles "Hank" Gillum of Wakeman, OH and Rhonda Pryor (Allan) of Catlettsburg, KY. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

Patricia loved giving to others and would love for donations in her memory in place of flowers to go to any charity of your choice.
