It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Smith (Grayson, Kentucky), who passed away on December 12, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard and Susan Jane "Susie" Seagraves Baier; her husband John Whitzel Smith; and her siblings, Charles Baier, James "Bud" Baier, Ronnie Baier, Sandra Kay Baier and Carolyn Gayle Sparks.
She is survived by: her children, John Wesley Smith (Cindy) of Oldtown, KY, Missy Smith of Oldtown, KY and Jennifer Clark (Michael) of Oldtown, KY; her grandchildren, Rebecca Smith and Michael "Mikey" Clark; and her siblings, Louie Baier of Grayson, KY, Pierce Baier of Morehead, KY, Evelyn Grills (Mick) of Olive Hill, KY and Krista Young of Grayson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, church family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Malone Funeral Home (325 Malone Ln, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
