He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Judy Horton Felty; his children, James Norman Felty of Grayson, Steven Gregory Felty (Lisa) of Grayson, Connie Sue (Billy) and Pamela Jean Evans (Joe) of Oldtown; his siblings, Lula Belle Felty of Grayson, Dorothy Moore (Larry) of Richmond, IN, Judy Whitehead (Roger) of Grayson, Susie (Carl), Carl Felty (Linda) of Westwood, Randy Felty (Debby) of Grayson and Ronnie Felty (Karen) of Grayson; his grandchildren, Charity Johnson (Corey), Lauren Carr (Eli), Gregory Chase Felty, Amanda Justus and Autum Marcum (Austin); and his great grandchild Houston William Marcum.
