He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Martin and Barbara Miller Horn; and his siblings, Robert Matthew Horn and Carolyn Rose Horn. He is survived by: his grandmother Pauline McCalvin of Grayson; and his sisters, Melanie Horn of Sugar Grove and Tabitha Horn of Virginia.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grayson Funeral Home and Cremation Services (49 McCoy Rd, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
