She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilford Hackworth and Cera Applegate Hackworth; her husband Wayne Grizzell; her children, Janet Sue Seagraves, Ruby Charlene Grizzell, Troy Wayne Grizzell, William Grizzell and James Grizzell; and her brother Howard Hackworth.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Lee Grizzell of Grayson, Kentucky, Joyce Griffith of Grayson, Joann Grizzell of Denton, Rita Rice of Grayson, Judy Rodgers of Grayson and Sara Decesari of North Carolina; and her siblings, Charles Hackworth of Indiana, Walton Hackworth of Indiana, Geneva Thoroughman of Ohio, Edith Popplewell of Indiana and Bessie Dyer of Indiana.
