He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Mullins Withrow; his children, Ethan Withrow of Grayson and Adrianna Withrow (Isaiah Griffith) of Grayson; his siblings, Debbie Martin (Willie) of Flemingsburg, KY and Johnny Dale Withrow (Gloria) of Grayson; and his grandson Hudson Marshall.
