She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Templeman Clemons (Phil) of Caneyville; her grandchildren, Susan Ryan (Kevin) of Elizabethtown and Derek Clemons (Kelly) of Bowling Green; and her great grandchildren, Lander, Lane Ryan, Hunter and Harrison Clemons.
