He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Ruggles and Debra Carver; his grandparents, Donald Carver and Jeanie Henderson; his fiancée Hannah Fannin; his children, Makayla Ruggles of Ashland, KY., Angel Lynn Fannin of Grayson, KY, Kevin Ison and Gabe Matthew Fannin of Grayson, KY; his siblings, Jason Lee Ruggles (Angie) of Ashland, KY and Toni Kamer of Garrison, KY; his grandfather William Ruggles (Della) of Quincy, KY; his uncles, Donald Carver Jr. and Mark Ruggles; his aunt Judy Carver; his niece Katelyn Ruggles; his nephew Nathan Ruggles; and his close friends, JD Richards, Ivan Caldwell, Jeremiah Johnson, Anson Kane, Tyler Chase, Teddy Thayer, Tad Barker and Trae Carver. He was also cherished by several other cousins, friends and family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roberson Funeral Home (400 Main St, South Shore, KY 41175). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
