She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen T. Lewis and Gladys Fannin Lewis; her sisters, Eleanor Lewis, Bonnie Shumate and Lowrella Skaggs; and her siblings-in-law, Herbert Skaggs, Evan Barker, Danny Shumate, Jessie Lewis and Clara Lewis.

She is survived by: her husband Fred Andy Lewis; her children, Marcella Lewis (Roger Nolty) of Grayson, Freda Williams (Mike) of Grayson, Judy Lewis (Shannon Sloan) of Grayson, Freddie Lewis of Conway, Ricky Lewis (Rhonda) of Olive Hill and David Smith (Carla) of Richmond; her grandchildren, Sarah Patrick (M. J.) of Grayson, Savannah Tank (Zac) of Louisville, Kentucky, Kevin Williams (Lisa) of Ashland, Kyle Williams (Chelsea) of Grayson, Jeremiah Lewis (Tiffany Puff) of Louisville, Christopher Caskey (Erin), Nikolas Lewis of Wetumpka, Ala and Chris; her great grandchildren, Hannah Williams, Holly Williams of Ashland, Ella Williams of Grayson and Emily Caskey of Wetumpka; and her siblings, William Lewis of Olive Hill, Eugene Lewis (Garnett) of Fairborn, Jerry Lewis of Sandy Hook, Hazel Barker of Fairborn, Betty Ison (Billy Gene) of Springfield, Evelyn Hollon (Paul) of Madisonville and Patty Allen (Robert) of Henderson, Nevada. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
