She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Ray Mann and Elizabeth Phillips Mann; her former husband John Lacy McClanahan; her husband Elwood "Woody" McCoy; her son Larry McClanahan; her great grandchild Danyelle McClanahan; and her siblings, Ray Reed Mann and Inice Beard.

She is survived by: her children, Ray McClanahan (Clara) of Oldtown, KY, Michael McClanahan (Dorothy) of Flatwoods, KY, Johnny McClanahan (Rochellia) of Grayson and Libby Greene of Argillite, KY; and her stepchildren, Dustan McCoy (Becky) of Bardstown, KY and Joanna McCoy (Ken Burqwin) of Montana. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty six great-grandchildren and fourteen great-great-grandchildren.
