She is survived by: her daughter Shanna Lachance (Jeff) of Ashland, KY; her siblings, John Thomas of Ashland, KY and Hattie McMillian of Columbus, OH; and her close friend Jessica Walters. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
